The Smart Water Utilities Canada 2024 conference is seeking presentations that broadly focus on the following key topics:

• Strategies for managing and reducing water leakage across the network
• Looking at real-time data and cutting-edge communication technologies
• New technologies and know-how in IoT and AI for network automation
• End-user case studies and how to develop an optimal network

Water network technologies will play a crucial role in meeting water leakage and efficiency targets as today’s water companies need to address a range of internal and external challenges, including water stress and aging infrastructure, high production and maintenance costs, demand for optimal allocation of water, and the increased environmental awareness from climate change and population growth, all of which have driven the demand for smart network solutions.

Innovations and technical know-how for the water utilities industry can ensure more efficient leakage detection and optimal water distribution, leading to better customer engagement and better allocation of water usage.
